Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are possible in the following cases:

- You received the wrong product or size.
To resolve the issue, please email us at info@epolino.com, including photos of the product and your order number. Our team will review the case and ensure a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our products, which are made to order, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Since our products are personalized, we currently do not offer exchanges for size or color. If you are unsure about the correct size, you can consult the size charts available in the product descriptions on our website.
Every product undergoes strict quality control before being shipped to you. In rare cases, if you receive a product with an error (such as the wrong size or another defect), please contact us at info@epolino.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the case and ensure the appropriate solution—whether a replacement or a refund.
