Shipping policy

We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping process. Below you will find all the important details regarding production times, shipping times, and our terms.


1. Made to order products

All our products are made to order to meet your specific requirements and ensure the highest quality standards.

  • Production time: Each product takes 3–7 business days to be crafted before shipping.

  • Once your order is received, our team will start working on the personalization, and the design will enter production within 12–24 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have made a mistake in the personalization of your product and notice it after placing the order, you must contact us within 8 hours (no later) so we can correct the mistake. Please note that after this period, your design is likely to have been submitted for production, and in that case, we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund!

To avoid such situations, please review every detail of your design and personalization carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Delivery times by region

Our products are manufactured in the United States, and delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 2–5 business days after production.

  • Canada: 7–12 business days after production.

  • European countries: 10–20 business days after production.

  • Australia: 10–20 business days after production.

  • Rest of the world: 10–30 business days after production.

  The stated delivery times refer only to business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Please consider this when estimating the arrival of your order.


3. Track your order

All our shipments are fully trackable to ensure peace of mind throughout the shipping process.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • In rare cases, please note that after receiving your tracking number, it may take up to 5 days for tracking information to be updated. Rest assured- your package is on its way to you.


4. Taxes and Duties

We strive to provide a clear understanding of any additional costs:

  • Customers in the European Union: All prices include VAT, so no additional taxes or import duties apply upon delivery.

  • Customers outside the EU: Responsibility for import duties, taxes, or fees lies with the customer. Please check with your local authorities for details, as these costs are not covered by us.


5. Shipping delays

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen factors. We kindly ask for your patience—your package will be delivered as soon as possible.


6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective items

If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or a defective product, please contact us immediately.

  • We will investigate the case and either send you a new product at no additional cost or issue a refund.


7. Accuracy of shipping information

  • Please carefully check your shipping address when placing an order.

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

  • We will attempt to make corrections if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. In this case, no refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses.


8. Orders with multiple items shipped separately

If your order contains multiple items and you receive only part of them, please do not worry!

  • Some items may be shipped separately as they are manufactured in different production facilities.

  • If one item is ready earlier, we will ship it first to expedite delivery. The remaining items will be shipped separately as soon as they are produced.


9. Responsibility after delivery

Once your package has been marked "Delivered" in the tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered, and responsibility for it passes to you.

  • No Refunds: We cannot issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered.

  • Claims for Loss or Theft: Once the courier has delivered the package, we are not responsible for how it is stored or protected.

  • How to avoid issues? We encourage all customers to use a secure delivery address, such as one where someone can receive the package or request delivery to a local post office if possible.


10. Extended delivery time & Refund Policy

Due to high demand for certain products, in rare cases, delivery may take longer than expected, reaching up to 35 business days.

  • If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact our support team.

  • This policy does not cover cases where the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address.
